Museumscafe - Mettmann

After viewing the museum, we had a light lunch in the café. Price was very good and the sandwich was freshly made and delicious.

We visited with a family member, thinking we would have a late breakfast and ordered the toasted baguettes. What arrived was a thin slice of bread with a smear of cheese and a sprinkling of small ham cubes. It was quite pleasant but for the price disappointing, it might be worth trying the Hotel/Pub a few yards away.Later on we had coffee and cakes which were quite nice, so if you are hungry eat elsewhere, but if you want coffee and cake this is acceptable

Very good museum cafe. We had a reasonably priced sandwich lunch here. There isn't a great deal of choice of food but it was good quality. The service was good too. You can sit outside if the weather is fine.

Especially for children very interesting. Children's birthdays can also be celebrated in a variety of ways. Parking is sometimes close.

Very nice, especially the audio guide and the wax figures help to better imagine the content.
