Cafe Paris - Metuchen

The restaurant's ambience is nice, and the staff is friendly, but I ordered a crepe, hoping for something soft and sweet, and it was the worst I've ever had. Instead of being warm and tender, it was cold and oddly crunchy. Even after asking for it to be warmed up and told they would make me a new one, it wasn’t any better. I had to awkwardly cut through it with a fork and knife. I won't be coming back here for food anytime soon.

Worst crepe I have ever had! Expensive and tiny and cooked all wrong. It was so thin and the whole thing was crunchy. Zero flexibility. It tasted stale and almost impossible to cut through. It was all just slopped together. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging so much for such subpar food.

Just had dinner here.. it was just ok! Husband had the coconut shrimp sweet sauce is duck sauce I had the Beef Bourgeon the whole plate was veggies with 5 small pieces of beef and lacking in flavor. Service was ok but the floor was filthy. I had been wanting to try this place and i definitely will not be going back again. I could have eaten at Applebee’s and had a a better meal.

Cute cafe and the service was good too. Staff is very sweet. Perfect spot for a brunch on weekend.

Excellent brunch menu . Their savory buckwheat galette is one of the best I have had . Their coffees are excellent as well . We tried latte and matcha oatmeal coffee as well
