After ten years of absence, we returned to the food store with great pleasure. great cuisine degustation menu: christophe dufossé in great shape!Surprising flavours, friendly and not oppressive staff. the chief came to greet the tables at the end of service. an excellent time to recommend.

Between refined cuisine, a discovery of flavours and warm staff, everything is right for a good time.

Once a year we are used to having fun with my wife and eating in a gastronomic restaurant by letting us carry in the chef's culinary universe. It doesn't make us specialists away from the but yesterday it was just perfect. This restaurant was a first because we are no longer from the area. a discovery of extraordinary tastes with the menu tasting taking into account in addition to our tastes. a perfect sommelier in suggestions. a service to the top and above all very human. No "prout-prout" just what it takes to make you feel unique without being uncomfortable. We even finished the meal with a strong interesting discussion about our different experiences and our past night experience with the Chef de salle. Of course it is a cost but I highly recommend it and let you take it away!!!

On the occasion of a wedding at the hotel the citadel our meal was prepared by the chef of the restaurant the food shop. The meal was excellent from the beginning to the end. it gave us the urge to discover the brewery very soon.
