During our visit, I tested a turkey of beef with a really exceptional chili sauce, perfect cooking melting in the mouth. At the entrance, the coconut egg in the caviar surprised me, very excellent. The desserts are good but quite classic. Staff are friendly, helpful and competent. The service is fast. It should be noted that the place is a bit noisy and the laminated card would deserve a better presentation, with a slightly more elaborate description and a translation in English that corresponds to the French text.
The restaurant, placed under the amazing architecture of the vaults of the centre Pompidou, also has tables and a small living room on the terrace. A place to prefer when the beautiful days come. The map is varied and allows everyone to find their happiness. It is a quality cuisine, worked with taste and finesse. We were seven and we ate very well.
