A perfect experience. We settled in the little room. Room decorated with taste, warm and noisy atmosphere. Top service, very pro, attentive and comfortable. Watch out for the menus you must be hungry. The food is very good, the house of foie gras super. I recommend a thousand times.

Very nice address. Everything is perfect. Close your eyes. The reception is upstairs either in the room or after the service with the visit of the chef. The frame and cleanliness are irreproachable, the barrier gestures are respected in the letter, you only need to enjoy the dishes prepared with a great refinement and enjoy your evening. From the beginning to the end, we spent an unforgettable evening in this beautiful hotel that still does not pay a mine among the beautiful special hotels of Metz. A warm and romantic atmosphere, tame lights, you feel like a bubble. A most pleasant service, with the owners who pass you to take the "temperature" during the meal, and the chef at the end of the service, authentic people and who love their trade, their passion. In terms of flavors, an entry/plat/dessert menu with fresh, quality products and worked on the site. A gourmet dress but in real quantities in the plate for a price of 35€, rare to raise. A special mention for chicken thigh stuffed with girolles and crunchy vegetables, one of the best dishes I could enjoy. And what to say with a homemade and minute chocolate marrow, a real mouth caresses. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Metz and the surrounding area, and which wins to be known. Super quality price for 12€ the dish of the day. Very well cooked crunchy vegetables. Very well cooked and fine fish. The blue cord of pig very good taste with a good mustard sauce and the spaetzles home very greedy this is on the map. Good wine on the map. The desserts are fine. The frame and reception is pleasant and the access well served.
