L'instant, Salon De ThÉ - Metz

The place is clean and comfortable, so prepare yourself because it is full at lunch time. The service was excellent and very convenient as I have children. In addition to the photographed dishes, we also had their white beans soup (at chorizo) and their pears shotamisu. all the dishes were beautiful. Be careful, a kitchen of this quality has a price, but sometimes it's enough to be happy, right? I really recommend this restaurant for a good lunch!

This is a great place for brunch here!! Normally, I don't like the concept of a buffet, so here I felt disappointed first. omg like I've been wrong! everything is delicious and you have a big choice if freshly prepared sweet and savoury stuff! Moreover, the drink and your eggs are prepared especially for you according to your preferences. I didn't even take pictures, which means that food was so good that I didn't waste my time for the pictures;)

We really enjoyed a fantastic brunch/break in this restaurant. We searched for it on tripadvisor and there were excellent reviews, which is how we chose it. French cuisine is normally fantastic and it fits perfectly with this description. they had a special 3-course dish and you could choose an entrance, a dish and a dessert. dessert was a kind of pistachio foam and it was impressive! the hardest for us, what we had to expect, was that they literally didn't speak an English word. It made communication a little more difficult. apart from that, people were fantastic and we really enjoyed our experience there.

We were there for lunch during Christmas holidays. We ordered 2 main dishes, 2 glasses of wine, a bottle of water and, after that, 2 desserts and a cognac. the final invoice was 62 €. We ate deer with celery foam and rabbit with topinambur: both meats were very good, well garnished and served. with pear foam; It was very good too, but the portion is large, I suggest to share one if you are not so hungry. the place is pleasant, minimalist style on the shade of white. waitresses are polite and helpful in the choice of food. the price is a little high, but you are in the center of the city, in a very pleasant street, and, also, the food is very good, so in the end it's okay.

We ordered the meat X 3 and we all were delighted! Excellent food, nice people and warm atmosphere, definitely a place to visit when in Metz!
