Jimmy John's - Metzger

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The only words spoken to me were "what do you want to order?" One female employee briefly made eye contact with me and my girlfriend, but then proceeded to make a sandwich without a greeting. Not only that, they ignored the customization we requested for our order. It seemed like four of their employees were on break as well. I will never return to this location. Perhaps new staff or additional training could improve the current issues. If you want a subpar sandwich from Jimmy John's, then go to this location. For a much better experience, I recommend going to pretty much any other Jimmy John's.

This restaurant is still amazing. I ordered a 9 extra peppers and a 12. They nailed it and it tasted just as I remembered. Excellent.
