Had to wait 40 min for a table to open up even though we had a reservation. This was Valentine’s Day and there were a lot of people.
Nas at the host stand was amazing! Her service alone would make me come back.

The food at this restaurant should be made with top-quality ingredients for the price, but their wagyu steak was lacking in marbling and seemed to be fake American or Australian wagyu. The claim that it was a8-a9 grade was clearly false, which was disappointing. The sushi rolls were made with high-quality fish, but tasted as if they were prepared by a mediocre chef with an unlimited budget. It seems like this place caters to expensive food for those who aren't knowledgeable about Japanese or Peruvian cuisine. Additionally, there was a 20% gratuity added to the bill without being informed beforehand, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience was mediocre for the high price of $650. I could have had a better meal at a lower-priced sushi spot. The ambiance was the only positive aspect of the dining experience.
