Einstein's used to be amazing. The quality has declined and the prices are too high. It used to have delicious fillings and excellent service, but not anymore.

This restaurant is operated by a solo performer who efficiently served all customers simultaneously and provided a personalized experience for each. Five stars for his exceptional service.

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and finally had the chance during our trip to Miami. Let me tell you, the hype is real! The bagels here are absolutely delicious. We ordered a Jalapeno cheddar bagel with jalapeno salsa smear, a green chile bagel with egg and cheese, and a six cheese bagel with jalapeno salsa smear, along with a hazelnut latte. The bagels were perfectly toasted, fresh, and crispy. We originally only ordered two bagels, but ended up getting a third (the six cheese bagel) because they were just that good. We will definitely be returning to this place. Don't hesitate, go grab yourself the best bagel of your life!
