Fuego Y Mar The Ritz Carlton South Beach

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary early during our babymoon, and the restaurant made it a truly wonderful evening. We started by sharing the rosemary brioche bun, then enjoyed the salmon with polenta and asparagus, as well as the lamb—each dish was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! When dessert time arrived, our waitress informed us that they had a special surprise for the occasion: Panna Cotta served with two champagne flutes, one filled with ginger ale for my wife. We highly recommend Fuego y Mar to anyone seeking a dinner reservation in South Beach!

What a huge disappointment. This hotel restaurant used to be so good and now has declined to the lowest level. Host was nice, service was horrible, waitresses all around but none taking care of clients, food took forever, it was good but average, portions medium to small. Of course prices above average and tip already included.
