Pompei Osteria Napoletena By Numero 28

It took a long time to get our food. The location is fantastic, but overall it's not the best experience. They've shifted away from being a pizza place and are now trying to position themselves as an upscale Italian restaurant.

We visited this place for pizza, as it's clearly labeled a Pizzeria Bar. However, to our surprise, there was no pizza offered on the menu. We were informed that the restaurant was undergoing changes and was no longer the "Numero 28 Restaurant." This was extremely disappointing, so we decided to leave.

The service was quite disappointing, but considering the effects of COVID, we tried to stay understanding. Unfortunately, they didn't bring out a dessert or a candle for my friend's birthday. When we attempted to split the bill among three cards, they only processed two and mistakenly presented us with someone else's bill, leading to a lot of confusion and frustration. Overall, I won't be returning.

Terrible food. One of the dishes clearly was pasta made ahead of time and already hard and cold. Dishes all came out cold
