Stubborn Seed - Miami Beach

The 5-course tasting menu was creative, delicious, and looked original. The portions were tiny to taste dishes fully, I left a bit hungry. It was too dark in the restaurant but it's probably just their concept. Service was great I wish other restaurants have the same. There were long pauses between courses though. They overcharged me which was not pleasant. It took them some time to fix the issue, but they made a refund.
