Papa John's Pizza - Miami Gardens

I ordered an XXL pizza and received just three small pepperoncini. When I asked for more, they told me the manager wanted me to pay for them, which I found funny. And guess how many extra I got? Just three little ones! Honestly, I don't know if this is due to inflation or what, but I've never been charged extra for this before—it was a first for me.

The manager, whoever he is, clearly doesn’t know how to make pizza. What I received wasn’t a thin crust or even a regular pizza; it was just a messy flatbread. To make matters worse, he was very rude and disrespectful, even calling me a liar.

They consistently get my orders right, and the staff is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way—from preparing your pizza to cooking it in the oven and even at the cash register. The team is hardworking and very friendly. Thank you, Carol City Papa John's, for always delivering fantastic food on time and with a touch of fun!

They never answer the phone and on top of that the chubby girl that works on the front is very disrespectful and ugly i was going to order 20 pizzas for my wedding and she told me to leave very rude she should work at the back because she looks likeshe can loss some weight thank you so much

I hope I get my reward points back, I've been ordering at this Papa John's every two weeks for almost a decade. The last 3 months have been the worst. No need to dive into details but everything you can imagine is an issue as far as quality of food. Imust admit though the staff has remained pleasant, although the product has declined. ???? I'll have to give pizza hut a try.
