Pollo Tropical - Miami Gardens

They really need to close this place down. The food looks terrible, tastes awful, and has a horrible smell. Everything tastes old. I will never return here. The chicken has a bad aftertaste.

I ordered from them through Uber Eats and specifically messaged the driver to ensure the drink was included. The driver replied that the restaurant assured him everything was in the sealed meal bag. However, when I opened the bag, the drink was missing. I'm really puzzled by the level of service at this Pollo Tropical. Honestly, I expect better from this restaurant, but it seems they are not putting in the effort.

Absolutely terrible! This is by far the worst experience I've had at Pollo Tropical. I placed my order online, but my food wasn’t ready when Postmates indicated it was. I stood there for 30 minutes, repeatedly asking three different employees about my order. While I waited, I saw some of the staff hiding and eating instead of working. The employees were moving at a snail's pace and had an awful attitude. To top it off, the chicken and rice were dry, and items I ordered were missing. This was my second visit to this location, and it was even worse than the first. I will NEVER return here again. The food service is unacceptable!

Unlike other Pollo Tropical's, this one was clean, did not run out of items, and I had good service. I see they incorporated vegan options which is nice to see.. Food was prepared as ordered. Keep up the good job.

Karol attended me she is at the cash register not sure if am spelling her name correct but she provided great customer service.I came here during peak hours which is lunch time. She helped me with my order to make sure I had it correct, she is super nice and attentive. She saw me in the line again and she called me to see if everything was okay with my order and she took care of it right away, nothing was wrong with it but I had decided to order another of the same. Pollo Tropical should hire more people like her. I usually don’t write reviews but she deserves it. Thank you very much Karol for your assistance, I very much appreciate it! :
