Smoothie King - Miami Gardens

I ordered ahead at this location, I show up for my order and it?s not ready, per the lady my order was never received, I show my confirmation in the app and via email, yet I?m being told they need to confirm on their end. I did not want my kids left in thecar so i simply asked for a refund, i was told this has to be done through the app, so I drive off and proceed to look in theapp on how to request a refund only to find out it has to be done in the store you order from. The employees at this locationnever know what they?re talking about, the order is never ready on time and the employees are always on the phone, joking aroundwith each other, or arguing with customers. I?ve had enough with this company.

Hello they lie and say that the system is down when it is not. I came here tonight and all of the employees were playing around and not working with the lights off. This is the worst smoothie king please find some new employees

Walked in employee fighting with a customer/employee on his day off. Had to ask if anyone was gonna take my order. Had the worst smoothie I have ever had, tasted like burnt coffee blended with ice. They had to have missed an ingredient on my order.

I got sick from an unblended smoothie strawberry mango and it also tasted salty. I spoke to a manager Kat today and even though I purchased in the app I have no receipt proof. This is petty to receive a refund I have to call the cooperate office. Go to thelocation 3 miles from here in Hialeah It?s workers are Hispanic good service and fast and better smoothies! Very disappointed Ispoke to a black male manager in the past was very nice. This girl I don?t know where her service comes from horrible It wasbought on 12/30 11:40 am busy Friday !!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There seemed to be a conflict between the employees and a customer, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I had to ask multiple times before anyone would take my order. When my smoothie finally arrived, it was the worst I've ever tasted—it was like burnt coffee mixed with ice. It felt like they must have forgotten an ingredient. Overall, I was not impressed.
