I don't think they take liking to new customers, we went on a Friday night andevery single bartener refuse to serve us, even one of the females told me she wasn't going to serve us. At some point, one of the bartenders must have felt sorry for us and decided to take our order us, but it felt unwelcoming. On Sunday we decided to go back to kill time before heading to our destination. That same female served us with pleasure and kindness, it was unbelievable shocking. Nonetheless, the vibe and music is just okay, something to do in Miami.

I enjoy visiting top notch for the first time for a drink. The bartender who serve me was very personal . She made me feel right at home. My only complain would be the Ventilation. I've gone to other cigar bar in other cities before and the air quality was better than this place. found this one to being the worst one. Planning to go back again on a different day then Tuesday I'm not a big fan of karaoke's

They don't seem to like new customers that come in. Also if you're going there to watch sports, be aware that they do not have every single game plus there staff are rude it playoff season I don’t think this would be a great place to watch football

I walked in without being acknowledged at the door, and when I asked for some assistance, I was ignored. There was no explanation if there was a wait or what was happening, but it was very unprofessional.

The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely and intimate. The bartenders and waitresses, in particular, stood out for their exceptional service.
