Everything was really clean and great customer service

As a resident of Miami Lakes, I gave this McDonald an opportunity as it is 3 minutes from me home, but as it always has, it was a complete disappointment and reminded me why I drive a little extra and always go to the McDonald's on 67 ave and the Palmetto. I had my order completely wrong, came to my family of 6 and missed half of my order. Ends until I have to go back, my family wait for another 30 minutes to come home and talk about how McDonald messed up our dinner. I would recommend not to this McDonald's about the 6 years I have lived in Miami Lakes, it was always the same and never changes terrible service and a complete mess when it comes to getting the order right and of course has the quality of food and still being bad. I recently read that the property had changed, but the same story seems to be disappointing overall.

I just came to these Mc Donalds and had the worst experience ever with their employees tonight. I ordered a McHühnchen with cheese and the guy who took my order was not to understand our order. And they gave me a Mc chicken with NUR cheese if that's not what we ordered. I went in to fix my order, and the girls who want to go and give attitude and scream all ghetto? She just said cheese? when she was? Not even those who took my order. Very rude staff with NO WORK ETHIC. Obviously miserable if they hate to work so much, maybe they should just stay home and leave this job to the professionals because they also have compression problems. And I would like to say that I have often been in this place and never had a problem and was visited by very sweet staff, but this evening are obviously teenagers who need an attitude check.

Fast clean and friendly. they assured that my order was correct and many milkshakes were the best. not to mention my mcchiks and pommes were freshly keeping great work..big customer service.

The worst McDonalds every. This location gives out more old food than any other I've see. I eat there once per week and I can't remember the last time that I did not have to return a sandwich and get a fresh one. They never throw out old food. They just keep changing the times. Horrible. Do not eat here.
