Jose is an awful manager—it's hard to believe he even has that role. He makes customers move their cars back and forth at the drive-thru window while they wait for their orders. When asked about this behavior, his response is that he can't explain, as it’s a corporate secret. This isn't the conduct of a professional. Wendy’s should enhance their training and hire individuals who genuinely care about their work rather than just filling hours.
I really enjoy Wendy's; it's a fantastic fast food spot, but this specific location appears to have dropped the ball on service. During my last couple of visits, they were out of what I ordered, and I had to settle for whatever was available. Just last week, when I mentioned to a young woman that she had given me Coke instead of lemonade, she turned away and shouted a profanity. Then, when they served my chicken nuggets, they informed me that they had no sauces available. I think it's time to take a break from this Wendy's for a while.
Still sitting in line and it's been 20 mins. I can't even leave because I'm trapped in with cars behind and in front of me. What is taking so LONG?
