The service was wonderful and efficient, the food was delicious! I definitely plan on returning!

The dinner took a long time to be served. The restaurant was practically empty, but it still took 45 minutes for our food and drinks to arrive. When our food finally came, it was brought out without utensils and napkins, so we had to request them.

The waiter forgot our order, so we waited 2 hours for nothing. They ended up giving us the bottle we ordered for free, but we decided to leave and eat at Fleming's first-class steakhouse right across the street. It was a very nice place.

I have reserved for my day of year. I waited for the theke where the hostess should be for 15 minutes, but after seeing that no one showed up, we sat in a random table. my friend stood up and asked the bartender if she could send a server, but nothing happened. we then asked another server if he could help us after 30 minutes. No one came, there are only 10 customers in the restaurant, so it wasn't even busy. then we saw a woman wearing a dress we thought the manager, this is the 4th person we asked for service. she just went on and said something I couldn't hear. we ended after 40 minutes: no service and not even a real table even tho I made a reservation for this special date and this place was empty next to the bar. the people who work here are rude and honest, that was the worst service and experience I got in miami. I will not recommend anyone, my time wasted and ruined my special day after my friend all the way from Texas for this ridiculous

The bar tender was 5 stars and fabulous! The waitress was negative 10 stars. Not sure she wants or deserves a job. Asked for things, they never arrived, she never checked on us, they weren’t even busy, I’d fire her. The bar tender stepped in and made sure we were well taken care of. She should get $0 from the tip and he should get everything. Again, they weren’t busy. She seemed to not even care.
