Cafe Bastille Miami

The appetizers; French Onion Soup and Escargots were very good. The entrees were ok, the steak frites was good, steak was but not very tender, the fries were great and the Béarnaise Sauce too thick and lumpy. The salmon was a bit under cook. Very nice wine and the service was very good.

Previous reviews convinced us to try this on our trip to Miami and we were not disappointed! Some of the best Escargot that I have ever eaten and all of the food was excellent. Great service and reasonable prices. Anyone able to get to the downtown Miami area should give this restaurant a try!

Several menu items were not available the night we had dinner there! The explanation was that the menu was brand new that morning. The food purveyor did not have time to deliver supplies. Sorry, thats a poor excuse, show the owners and chief just weren’t ready for the new menu!

The food dishes had excellent true flavor to the ingredients used.

I eat at Bastille all the time. It is by far the best restaurant in all of Miami this is coming from a foodie.
