Chili's Grill - Miami

I absolutely adore the cajun chicken pasta at this restaurant! Our dining experience was seamless and the waitress provided excellent service.

The turkey burger was delicious, the view from the terrace overlooking the harbor was stunning, and the local beer was exceptional. I definitely plan on returning to this restaurant.

Our server was exceptional, professional, and polite. The host was not so great. We wanted to dine on the terrace, but there was a wait due to only one server working. We provided our phone number so we could be seated once a table became available. We ended up waiting for over 2 hours without being seated, as the host kept seating other parties ahead of us. When we asked our server what was happening, we gave her our number and she spoke to the host, who started making excuses. At that point, my friend requested to speak to the manager out of frustration. The manager was understanding and offered our group a 20% discount. Overall, the restaurant service was good, the server was friendly, and the restrooms were clean, but the host dropped the ball.

The service was good but that's about the only good thing you could say about this place. It is run down and filthy. The home salad appetizer was good but tiny. The burger was probably the worst I've ever tasted with a strong sour aftertaste, which means it might have been spoiled. I had to return it after one bite, which is something I never do unless it's really inedible. The chicken sandwich was better than the burger but not something I would order again. The dessert was big and tasted ok but could be better

Came here to visit and wanted something that wasn't in a brown bag. The food took forever and came out cold. The restaurant was dirty and only cleaned the table when someone is being seated. The waitress was a doll though, Great customer service.
