Chipotle Mexican Grill - Miami

Closed 35 mins early one night (12/2/2021) and line is fairly slow moving. But it?s Chipotle, it?s good otherwise and they have a couple outdoors tables which is nice. Good luck, hope they?re open when you need them to be.

This employee is rude and unprofessional. I go to this Chipotle often and have never had such an encounter. He needs to be retrained on how to speak to guests in a professional manner because he seems to think he can disrespect customers like he 's talking to one of his friends! When I asked for his name he said Chipotle employee so here is his picture attached. This neighborhood is too nice to be dealing with this type of service and it 's very disappointing!

This chipotle location is terrible. I have had multiple bad experiences there. Last night, I ordered a burrito from Uber Eats and received a small burrito instead of the normal size I had paid for. Despite paying the full $11 price, I was given a much smaller portion. This is not the first time they have made a mistake like this. The staff are rude and disrespectful towards customers. Their success is only due to the fact that they are the only Chipotle in Brickell, where many people order takeout or dine in. They do not deserve to continue treating customers poorly.

The worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. I don't give less than one star because it's not possible. Chipotle food is always delicious but the food I was served at Brickell I don't know how to describe it. They didn't have many of the ingredients and when they delivered the burrito it was all cold, from the chicken to the tortilla. How can they deliver a cold burrito? And the attitude of the workers also left a lot to be desired but that's another topic.

I ordered a bowl online via the app and paid for guacamole for my bowl and they literally threw a whole piece of avocado on my bowl. The portion of food was small and for it being a chicken bowl it barely had any chicken and the rice was hard. Worst experience I?ve had in a chipotle.
