She dismissed me without addressing my concerns, simply wishing me a good day and ignoring my complaint about the small portions of food on my plate. The lack of management support reflects poorly on the servers as well. It is a pity for them.
I have never received the correct portions for my online orders from this restaurant. How can they justify charging $14 for a small portion of rice, 20 tiny pieces of meat, and 7 measly vegetables in a bowl? The bowl is mostly empty, with the bottom clearly visible. I am fed up and will not be returning to this place. They have struck out three times, but this is probably the 25th strike. Avoid this place.
I was looking forward to having lunch and decided to go to Chipotle. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The customer service from a young lady at the counter was not friendly or hospitable. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday afternoon, but there were no clean tables available. It seemed like the staff was having a bad day, which made my Chipotle experience one of the worst I've had. I hope that the service will improve in the future.

With Chipotle online orders for delivery always check order before driver takes off because you will never get the computerized chat has you repeat everything and nothing gets resolved. I'll just dispute the charge
