Empire Express Pizza Wings - Miami

Best wings in Miami, no question about it. My girlfriend teases me for raving about a place that's actually situated inside a gas station, and to be honest, I had no clue until I picked them up myself for the first time. However, these wings are definitely meatier and more flavorful than any other place I've tried.

Overall, it’s a decent spot when you take everything into account. It’s located in a gas station, so don’t set your expectations too high. The prices are reasonable. If you’re on a budget or it’s late at night, it’s definitely a solid option. The only downside was that the person in charge wasn’t wearing a mask, but if that doesn’t bother you, then it’s perfectly fine.

The BBQ wings were quite tasty and fresh, but I was hoping for a larger portion of fries. I paid $15, which I think is fair, but I would definitely appreciate more fries next time.

Also known as La Mia Pizza and wings, the food is good and the char wings are tasty. But sometimes the taste isn’t always consistent.
