Gallery Lounge At Hilton Miami

This is a great place for a quick bite to eat! The staff is amazing, providing top-notch service. Miguel stands out as the best. The tables have nice lighting, but the menu is a bit limited for my liking. Despite that, the comfort food I tried was delicious.

We decided to stay in the hotel for dinner and found this restaurant to be a great choice. They were still serving food until around 10:45pm. I enjoyed the conch fritters and the 1601 burger was quite satisfying. The spicy smoke cocktail was also delicious. The prices for these dishes were reasonable, in the teens range, so plan your budget accordingly. The staff was friendly, although they can get a bit busy around closing time so service may be slightly slower then. Overall, it's a nice option for newcomers to Miami staying in the hotel for the first time.

I didn't originally plan to dine here, but the restaurant across the street only accepted cash and was out of certain items. I decided to give this place a try instead. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich, which turned out to be fantastic. It was well-prepared and delicious, as were the fresh plantain chips. The quality exceeded my expectations. However, the service was slow, and I was not a fan of the automatic tip being added to the bill. I felt that this diminished the overall experience. Despite this, the sandwich was warm and delicious, resembling a panini.

They had the 1601 open for breakfast. You either ordered off a very limited menu or got the buffet. The buffet was $28 per person. Way over priced imo for eggs and bacon. The food was good and the service was great. But again $106 for 3 of us, due to they added in the gratuity automatically also, I feel is to much. If your a big family, walk across the street and get Burger King is my suggestion.

Server Miguel is fantastic. Small menu. Skirt steak was awesome. Empanadas are very good. Chips and salsa were ok. The chicken noodle soup was bland. Food orders were slow. Crème brûlée was a serious fail. Just melted butter on top of the custard. No crunch. Server was so kind would have tolerated anything.
