Groovin' Bean Coffee Lounge - Miami

Can do better. Been closed for a while. Hope all is well. The staff and owner(s) are exceptionally well people!

I was a bit disappointed and embarrassed. My friends have been posting about this spot all over fb so I thought this would be a great place to take my boss for a birthday lunch. When we first walked in no one was there to really great us, the cashier just pointed to the tables. After seating ourselves and trying to order, we waited for someone to come to our table because we had a few questions about items on the menu. After realizing no one was coming we decided to put in our order (by scanning the QR code). It wasn't until we submitted our order that the cashier came to our table with questions about our order lol I wonder why ??‍. Some time passed and we realized it was taking a while for us to get our meals and drinks. Besides us, there was another couple sitting at another table but they left shortly after our arrival. It was at that moment we realized it was a one man show! The cashier was also the waitress and the cook!!! Luckily we were the only ones waiting for food, otherwise we would have left. My coworker and I ordered wings a fries which was good. My boss ordered a quesadilla, it came out a few minutes after ours and was a little burnt...so embarrassing. Fortunately, she's willing to give this spot another try but I can't say the same.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I called in to the Groovin' Bean this morning to order take out and when I came to pick up my food I was taken back at how much my total came out to be. I ordered Salmon Croquettes which were $12.50 on the website, eggs scrambled which came out to $2.50, home style potatoes which were $6.99, and a banana pudding frappe which was $6.99. Upon me coming to pick up my order the price of the salmon croquettes was changed to $18.00 which made my total $37.00. The server said that the price was changed this morning and I ordered my food this morning despite me showing her on the website the price that I was under the impression it was, she went back and fourth saying it was wrong and there was nothing she could do about it. I will not be returning back terrible customer service.

They had nothing cook ready almost everything i ask for on the menu the cost of the food too high for GMO foods the wings were under cook place not as clean unorganized cook needs cleaning up. i wasted money and effected my health sorry wont be coming back the pictures are old of this establishment needs updating.
