Ihop - Miami

The New York Cheesecake Pancakes were the best pancakes I've ever tasted. The Buttermilk Biscuit Gravy was also well-received, and my family had no complaints. Everything arrived hot and delicious.

The biscuits and gravy were lacking any actual gravy. Additionally, they don't offer salt, pepper, or ketchup.

I only received one side order of broccoli (just four small pieces) when I had ordered two. Plus, it tasted bitter!

You know what to expect at iHOP: delicious food that speaks for itself. But what really made our visit special was the staff. Our waitress, Kathy (I believe that was her name), was incredibly sweet and made us feel welcome. The other team members we interacted with were exceptional as well. They truly brightened our day, and I hope we were able to do the same for them!

This location is fantastic! I’ve been coming here for years. It’s conveniently situated right off the Palmetto at 73 and Bird Road. I love that I can have eggs and pancakes any time of the day. The food is consistently good, and no matter what I order, I’m always pleased with my meal! Maggie, the server, is wonderful—she’s always efficient, cheerful, and polite. I’m really impressed with the manager, Alain. He actively helps the kitchen staff during busy times, which is great to see. It’s a real advantage to have a manager who can also cook. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this IHOP!
