Jamon Iberico Pata Negra - Miami

My family and I dine out frequently, at least four times a week. When we walked into this restaurant, we were hoping to be greeted by the enticing aroma of Spanish food. However, we were surprised to find the overwhelming scent of pine cleaner instead. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were given a cramped, unsteady table for two. The tapas, priced at $10 each, were below par. The $20 paella for one was overcooked, with rubbery seafood and minimal ingredients. The rice lacked authentic paella flavor, resembling unseasoned yellow rice. Overall, our dining experience was very disappointing. Miami boasts a variety of Spanish restaurants that offer superior cuisine and better value.

My friend and I visited the Pata Negra restaurant for a meal and were immediately impressed. Frank and Xiomara were exceptionally attentive, professional, and friendly. The staff were cheerful and provided excellent service. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The dining experience at this restaurant is fantastic, but what truly sets it apart is the personal touch of the staff and the chef coming to each table to ask about the meal. This is what I consider exceptional service. We enjoyed our experience so much and highly recommend trying the croquetas and huevos rotos.

The food was incredible, the staff was excellent and very friendly, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended for Spanish cuisine. We absolutely loved the romantic atmosphere.

There is no better Spanish restaurant in miami than this hidden little gem. my best friend invited me to enjoy a birthday dinner and I couldn't have a better B-day dinner than the one I had here. eating is incredibly delicious. the atmosphere is very cozy and typical. the personal is super professional. each selection we made was better than the previous one, but I have my preferences. top 1: lobsterbisque. you can't go without trying this delicateness of the gods. 2- garbanzos fritos: the best I had. 3 any kind of croquetas. you're going to color with them. I want to eat here every day for the rest of my life, honestly. I'll be back soon.
