Juanchi's Burger - Miami

The burgers and fries were fantastic, but there was no sauce on either of the burgers. #WhereIsTheSauce

I ordered the burger advertised as coming with "your favorite Juanchis sauce," but it arrived without any sauce at all. While it was still flavorful, it ended up being quite dry. To make matters worse, they only included two packets of ketchup in the bag, which I found rather thoughtless. Overall, I'm disappointed.

My order wasn't ready at the time they indicated. I received a salad that had just six grapes and a few chopped apples, and despite requesting dressing on the side, there was none included. Additionally, the container for the hummus was open and empty. I also didn’t receive the fries I ordered. However, my dad mentioned that his burger was very good.

Ask for double patty and no pickles and all one patty

The food is amazing! Everything is freshly prepared, and the ambiance is pleasant with excellent service. It's a great spot to hang out with friends and catch a game on the big screen. There's also parking available. I visited for lunch, and it was a fantastic experience!
