I usually come for the lomo saltado lunch special and the jalea as an appetizer. Today, I tried the seafood chaufa (fried rice) and was pleasantly surprised—it did not disappoint at all. Everything is packed with flavor, tastes fresh, and the service is excellent; the kitchen is quite efficient as well. I have no complaints about the food itself, but the overall atmosphere leaves something to be desired. There are missing ceiling tiles that appear to be damaged from moisture, and they hang directly over a table, which is definitely not ideal. Additionally, the air conditioning doesn't always work, making it uncomfortably hot and difficult to enjoy the meal while sweating. As I mentioned, the food is delicious and the service is quite good.
As for the food, I have nothing positive to say. We ordered Combo #5, which includes chicken, two sides, and a 2-liter Coke. The chicken was undercooked, and one of the sides we received was not what we ordered. After spending 20 minutes trying to get the staff to correct our order (and being refused multiple times), we reluctantly decided to eat what we had. This turned out to be a terrible choice. The chicken was not only bleeding in some areas but also tasted like plastic. The sides were equally disappointing; the sweet potato was excessively salty, and the yuca, which we hadn't ordered, was tough and flavorless. Unable to finish our meal, we decided to leave and certainly won't be returning. If you find yourself in Downtown Miami and are looking for a good place to eat, this is not it. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

After spending about 20 minutes trying to get the staff to rectify our order—only to be denied multiple times—we reluctantly decided to eat what we had. This turned out to be a terrible decision. The chicken was not only pink in some spots but also tasted like plastic. The sides were disappointing as well; our sweet potato was excessively salty, and the yuca that was substituted for our ordered side was tough and lacked flavor. Since we couldn't finish our meal, we chose to leave and vowed never to return. If you find yourself in Downtown Miami looking for a good place to eat, this isn’t it. Go somewhere else.
This is a horrible restaurant. customer service is terrible, I ordered 2 Napolitan Milanessa. this food looks rediculus, poor quality of the presentation. Also i called the restaurant to complain and asked for the manager of the restaurant and the lady on the phone told me she is the manager. to be honest her response is rediculus because she never gave a solution. she just told me, the owner of the restaurant made the food. this sounds like an excuse. do not order deliveries with these people. this is not a peruvian food! This food is an insult to the peruvian food!
