New York Roma Pizza - Miami

During my family's trip in town for a cruise, we stayed at a hotel that was recommended to us. I decided to order 2 pizzas from a nearby restaurant and one of them arrived by 7:30 pm. However, I had to wait until 9:40 pm for the second pizza to arrive. The pizza was extremely greasy and I had to use 2 paper towels to clean it up. The BLT sandwich lacked any bacon and the lettuce and tomato were not fresh. The paprika on the pizza tasted old. The only redeeming aspect of the meal was the 2-liter soda. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

During our visit to Miami from Dallas, my family and friends discovered New York Roma, conveniently located just a short walk from our hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious lasagna, which was generously filled with Italian sausage. My friends opted for stromboli and pizza, both of which were equally tasty. The portions were quite large, allowing us to save some for later and enjoy the rest of our meal.

As a New Yorker, I have been on the hunt for a good pizza and only a few places have met my standards. Today, I tried New York Roma Pizza for the first time and I was disappointed that I had not discovered it sooner. The pizza was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the menu had a great selection of toppings. The prices were very fair, especially considering the size of the pizza. The woman who greeted me, Digna, was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be visiting again.

My wife and I are going to eats and get almost noon in this business. the night shift staff are worse than children, always on their phone, unattended the restaurant, while giving free food for their friends and young girls they like. the worse and rudest of them is a young worker who goes with the name nico, who is always on the phone or walks around, does not take part in everyone and when asked for help, he has an evil attitude towards customers and drivers. the people are constantly unhappy with his treatment. I don't know who the owner or the manager is this place, I called several times in the day change and asked about the manager and I always get the same thing, he's not here trying another time. also the cleanliness in the night is not there. pity from a place and staff.

Went there for 10 wings and a slice of pizza. Charged $37.00 because i expected decent food so I tipped 4 dollars.Finally got back to the hotel room to find out my medium hot wings were plain literally plain And my side of bluecheese was mayonnaise… straight up not having a baja blast with my experience.
