North Italia - Miami

Having visited several locations, it's clear that the success of this particular site can be attributed to its executive chef. The other locations simply do not match the taste or overall experience here. Message to the District Manager: the executive chef at this location should oversee all the other executive chefs to elevate this restaurant chain to new heights.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants we've ever dined at. Be sure to try the chicken parmesan!

I was thrilled to discover a North Italia in Miami, especially since I've conducted a brand audit on The Cheesecake Factory, Inc. restaurants. The exterior of the place was lovely, and the ambiance gave it a more luxurious feel. Emily was my server, and she ensured that I was satisfied with everything from beginning to end. I can honestly say she was the best server I've ever encountered; she paid attention to every detail and greatly enhanced my overall experience! You can count on me to return during my next trip to Miami!

Good but not perfect, one server offered half sallad, the other not; the proschetta was way too fatty and some of it inedible

Large Italian restaurant in the heart of Downtown with a terrace. The only dishes we tried were pizzas, which had a slightly greasy crust. Impeccable service.
