A few months ago, my friends and I walked into the restaurant, and while waiting in line, we spotted a dead cockroach on the floor. We immediately walked out, and that should have been the last time I ever set foot there. Unfortunately, I returned today hoping to simply enjoy some chicken noodle soup, which I thought would be safe. To my dismay, I found a piece of plastic in my soup. I can honestly say I will never return to this location again!
I just love this place. Specially at this time of the year!
They completely ruined my favorite soup—the creamy tomato. It used to be rich and delicious, but now it's just watered down and tasteless. You can really tell they’re doubling the water they used to use. This location has never been particularly great or friendly, and now they’ve lost another customer. I might give them another chance in a year, but if they don’t improve, it’ll be a definite never again.
I had a small group gathering at the restaurant, and everything was fantastic. The service was excellent, the manager was very accommodating, and the food was delicious. The appetizers were also superb. Overall, it was a great experience.
We visited Panera Bread for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon. We ordered a Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt Toasted Baguette and a Bacon Chipotle Chicken Flat Bread with a Chicken Fuji Apple Salad. Everything was pretty good. Restaurant was not busy at 4:00 pm, so the service was pretty fast. This Panera Bread restaurant is pretty big with plenty of tables and chairs. The ambience was relaxed . We definitely will be back.
