Panera Bread - Miami

The app is great. I was greeted by a gentleman at work behind the counter. Within minutes, my order was ready. I felt a great energy vibe from the lady who prepared my breakfast. Beautiful very clean and beautiful music.

I like Panera, but this location needs more employees or better management or both. Man where the cold drinks are located, the floor is always sticky and cold tea look like they are sitting there all night on the basis of taste and color. Bathroom is not always clean and the place looks that in need of maintenance inside. I don't understand how the Doral site is older than this, but it looks better sometimes lol

It's really sad to see how a restaurant that thrives in the past takes off. This PB site was formerly one or better to say the best of this side of the city. How is it possible that no clean bathrooms, the checkout stations hardly work, no pagers available, small coffee plastic spoons to eat soup?...anyway, and many more mistakes.. Management must intervene.... In my case, I won't come sooner.

My food was delicious as usual, but the hot chocolate was missing a little cocoa, but was still good. I'm not a big fan to have to order on a touch screen, fortunately you can still order at the counter. It's a little strange to go into the crowded pick-up window to get your order, but I guess it's probably for the efficiency of the workers. Anyway, thanks for the nice evening.
