Papa John's Pizza - Miami

I placed an online order at 4:04 AM, with an estimated delivery time of 47-57 minutes. However, the food didn't arrive until 6:05 PM, and it was cold by the time it got here. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Edit: There’s a young man who delivers now, and since he started, I haven't had any issues. He’s polite and delivers the pizza right to the door. The pizza quality is fantastic every time I order it.

I was accused by the staff that my food order was incorrect. They said they could take it back unless I went to pick it up myself and paid for it again. They also mentioned that my refund would take 2448 hours.

Call the phone and say order online. They don't even let you talk. they do not want to work

I ordered a 2 pizzas and a cookie tonight. The delivery guy called me and told me to come to his car. He refused to walk to my door. The delivery guy gave me the wrong order. I informed him. He went back to his car. I thought he was getting the correct order but he drove off. I went to the physical store and ask to speak to his manager. She refused to come out to speak to me. Then the delivery guy called me back and says he realize he gave me the wrong order. I told him I'm at the store. I asked the store for them to correct my order. They stated for me to wait for the delivery guy to come to the store. He came after completing his delivery requesting for me to give him the wrong order. I said no. Why would you want it back? In attempt to delivery it? They need to provide the other customer with a fresh , new order. I continued asking to speak to the manager. She refused to come out from the back and calls me stating You got your pizza and hung up. What type of customer service is this !? She needs to attend a course on managerial skills because she has none. I'm highly offended by the way I was treated especially having given them a heavy tip .
