Papa John's Pizza - Miami

Order and took a big pizza, came home and opened the box to find what looked like a small pizza. Just to make sure that the pizza was not right that I measured it and it was 11? from side to side. The store explained what happened and I was instructed to take back the pizza. Drove back to Papa Johns, came and spoke to the manager Henry Mezadieos and showed him the obviously smaller pizza and he said it was the right size, I told him that I measured it at home and it was under 12? at what time he said ?oh, you measured it? I'll make you another one. Instead of having the right pizza ready, I had to wait for the new pizza. After about 10 minutes he brings out the new pizza and I open it and there is an obvious difference in size compared to the first pizza. He said they were the same, so I asked him to bring back the other pizza so that he could compare for himself, but he refused to solve the problem with a disgusting attitude. At this point I felt extremely irritated and respected, so I asked a kind of credit to my account to compensate me for going back and forth from my house, along with the now over an hour of my life, that I never returned. I asked his direct superior and he said it?s him, I then asked a way to contact the owner of the establishment, and he said that the only thing I could do was reach papajohns. I expect this from a little caesar, but if I get $18 for a little pizza with terrible customer service then there is an obvious problem.

Great service and always have great specialties for pizza! My family loves the taste and quality of Papa John's Pizza especially tries the Shaqaroni Pizza and today just ordered to deliver the 2 PapaDias Philly Cheesesteak and their really tasty and Papa John's pizza safely during this pandemic! I give Papa Johns five stars on my list and great service to deliver hot pizza and all other items on the menu!

This place is terrible. They are put into operation for 20 minutes. Horribler customer service. No phone labels. Place is extremely dirty. Absolutely lives here. Avoid at all costs. I've been complaining to the company before, but they don't care. They?

Pizza is delivered cold. If you call they immediately place you on hold. It does not look clean! It's incredible that they are part of Papa Johns.

Really bad service, there was an Indian guy I believe it was cursing on the phone, didn't hang up to take my order plus he was smoking outside went in and started manipulating food without washing his hands... discosting! When I told the guy I didn't want my food to be touch and that I wanted to speak to a manager, he didn't apologize at all and he told me that he didn't care he will throw the cookie and get me a new one, bad attitude, worst!!!
