Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Miami

Hello everyone, I recently dined at Pei Wei on SW 37th Avenue with my friend Chas. This Asian restaurant is one of my favorites and is a sister company of PF Changs. Darlene, our server, was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the staff was welcoming. We started with pork egg rolls and I enjoyed a cup of Won Ton soup. For our main courses, I had the Pei Wei Original sauce with chicken and white rice, while Chas had the Chicken Lo Mein in Teriyaki sauce. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal.

The new African American manager at this restaurant is extremely rude, unprofessional, and ineffective. I ordered a meal a few weeks ago and received raw, uncooked meat. When I returned for a replacement, the manager was dismissive and questioning, asking for proof and why I waited so long to return. Despite showing him pictures, he showed no remorse or attempt to make things right. I will not be returning to this establishment, despite being a regular customer in the past. It is clear that this manager is not suited for the upscale Coral Gables location, and his disrespect towards employees is also concerning.

This restaurant offers delicious made-to-order Asian dishes that are always fresh. The service is fast and the menu regularly adds new items to try. Each entree provides plenty of food for $9.99, making it a higher quality option compared to other Asian food chains. I will definitely be returning soon.

Came in at 12 pm and ordered my food with a drink and went to the drinking fountain?. I poured some water and it came with live small flies the fruit flies I think? it was pretty unappetizing and frankly shows the cleanliness of the place? this was a bit shocking so I rushed to the person that served me and I showed him without taking a picture of the cup with flies, wish I could have taken a picture first. The floor had food as well? maybe they had just opened and didn?t get to clean. Also.. the cooks.. long hair and no hair net?? But yeah this ruined my experience, won?t be coming back. Atleast the food was good.

Overall good , new menu items. Was offered won-ton's but was not told they had crab inside and the Kung Pao shrimp were soggy way too much sauce.
