As always, the customer service was excellent. I was able to get in and out quickly, which is a rarity in this industry. Typically, other dealerships have long waits, but I’ve never experienced that here—my visits are always efficient. The service writer was very friendly and attentive to my questions. She called me as soon as my car was ready for pickup. Plus, I appreciated the complimentary car wash afterward. This place truly offers top-notch service.

I had to wait quite a while before anyone came to check on my car. Unfortunately, it was only when I began to voice my frustrations that I got some attention. However, the young man who assisted me, Jolio, made an effort to resolve my issue quickly. He was very attentive, and I really appreciated his courtesy!

Customer service is not good. One time ago I brought my car to service and the girl told me she call me when is ready and didn't call me just texted me and I was almost 3 hours waiting while car was ready 3 hours before. I lost 3 hours waiting because the girl didn't call me and I didn't see the text because she told me is going to call me. Is so easy to call me when is ready and is so easy to be kind and ready to help costumers. Please work in your customer service more. Train them to be more kind and helpful. Thanks...

The service department is the best in South Florida. They have a very quick and updated process to streamline from the moment you leave your car to the moment you pick it up. Their waiting area is very comfortable and they give you updates while the car is being serviced. I highly recommend this dealer.
