Contribuisci feedbackSadly, customer service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large chicken pizza and two 2 liter bottles of Pepsi. Delivery driver first tried to tell me I had not ordered any Pepsi, then said they had given him only 1 bottle and he would bring me the other. I trusted him and paid $25.00 for the $22.08 ordered (I included a tip. I also called restaurant immediately and was assured they would send the missing Pepsi. After an hour I called again to check on status, and after I identified myself the call was dropped.I like Pizza Hut. I enjoyed the pizza. But I did not receive what I paid for, and that turned me off from ordering from pizza hut again.The order was at about 7:25 pm, 09-14-2023, from store at 33 Ave and coral way, Miami, Florida 33134. It was delivered at approximately 7:55 pm with the missing Pepsi.
Driver stole my money. Manager hung up on me. Corporate doesn’t care. Worst Pizza Hut ever!!!!
Can't even contact pizza hut through app to complain about my pizza being 30 mins late and the store empty. Workers in the back chit chatting. Manager lies to me about my order when obviously they were too busy talking in the back. Then I see her send someone to make the order from scratch...
Called to place my order was hung up on. Used the app to order for delivery. It was made for takeout. Tried to call the resturant. Couldn’t reach anyone. Paid for food that sat there and I never was able to get or speak to anyone about
Food was burn to the point the entire order had to be thrown away and when called about it they hung up on me
