Had the absolute WORST experience here over the weekend. I came in to pick up a prepaid order and was dismissed by an African American male cashier who responded very rudely to me inquiring about my order. He attempted to undermine and belittle me infront of other customers but it back fired when I decided to tell him off!! He responded to me calling him out on his unprofessional behavior by grabbing his GENITALS and screaming SUCK IT infront of the staff other customers that were there eating. Finally someone who seemed to be in a management position took over my order which come to find out hadn't been made yet because the rude employee forgot to refill the receipt paper. Absolutely no one stepped in to correct his behavior they just allowed us to go back and forth as another employee (an older white male without glasses) made my order. It is completely MIND-BOGGLING that Power Pizzeria would allow one of their employees (pictured) to act and treat customers in such a way! I guess their idea of making things better for me was including an extra slice of pizza in my order which was not enough! This employee is unstable and needs to be FIRED!! DO BETTER! P.s. I attached his photo on the Google review, if you see him stay away!
Well this is gross. Ice cold pizza. And they just pieced together a bunch of slices, instead of making a new pie. Looks and feels like it's been out all day
Picked up myself so no problems with delivery time or errors in order fulfillment. overall, a bit hit and miss. best was the spinach/chicken wrap: fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, tightly wrapped so didn't disintegrate after the first bite. not spectacular but basic and good. i would order again. pasta was less successful. unremarkable cheese topped unremarkable sauce which topped unremarkable pasta. not objectionable but no reason to repeat the experience. pinwheels were okay; dough was fresh and hot with a lovely, pillowy texture. yet it was strangely flavorless. garlic rolls were better if still short of outstanding. ordered from counter so can't really comment on the service. prices were good for brickell. the verdict: would return for the wrap but not for anything made from the pizza dough.
Ordered an extra large pie with the works . This was my first meal in Miami. I 'm a New Yorker, and I was curious about how bad FL pizza could be. It was pretty good! I wish it had more peppers and onions and cheese, but it exceeded expectations. The best pizza I 've had in NY is better, but the worst pizza I 've had in NY is way worse.
