The food is not bad but the service is AWFUL. I've been a customer of theirs for years now. My family and I have eaten there many times and we place orders to go almost on a weekly basis. From breakfast to lunch they were are go to place. However, the last few times no matter how many times I give them specific instructions on how I want my food, they continue to mess it up and give me the opposite of what I've asked. Today when I opened my order, I noticed that it had onions. I had asked for no onions on my chicken due to the fact that I planned on eating it hours later. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager/owner. I explained the situation and he reviewed the order and confirmed that the notes did in fact say no onions. He said that he was willing to change my food if I took it back right away. I told him I was starving since it was now hours later. I was busy working and had no time to take it back. I asked if I could take a rain check for another time but he refused. He said it he was willing to do the exchange today but couldn't give me a new order for another day. How disappointing, this is why small businesses fail and big chains succeed. Zero customer service, no apology what so ever. Rather than offering a new order for another day or have it delivered to me, he preferred to loose a good customer. I will never place another order from them.

I’ve been coming to this place for 10 years. The food is good but it in the last recent years, like most things, it’s gotten overpriced. Ain’t no pupusa worth almost $5 each, that’s crazy. Last time I came to eat here, we had 3 desayunos con carne, some juice drinks, and maybe 3 pupusas it was almost $100. It’s just a regular ol’ Salvadoran place there’s no need for overpaying for that. I now go elsewhere for my pupusa fix Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
