Drove from Cutler Bay to find that the kitchen does not open until 18:00, they do not allow children under 18 in the restaurant and they are in the Limbus with the kitchen right now until further notice website gives no indication of clear menu for vegans. Is it a vegan place or not? What are the hours?

After driving from Cutler Bay, we arrived at the restaurant only to find out that the kitchen doesn't open until 6:00 PM. They do allow children under 18 in the restaurant, and it appears they are still working on the menu for vegans. It's unclear if this is a fully vegan restaurant or not. A friend and I ordered two vegan sliders and vegan Mac and cheese online. When they arrived, the sliders were soggy and couldn't be eaten like a burger.
