The only thing I could think to blame is corporate greed. A few months ago shake shack HAD amazing service. There was a phenominal lady who would work the counter give people recommendations. And she's been replaced by 3 tablets. Which will ask you to take a table number for no reason because you have to go and get your food from the counter. What is the point of keeping the table numbers if you fired the person who brough the food to your table. Soda machine gone. Reduced to atoms. So you cant refill your $3.09 small drink. The burger sizes have reduced in size. Tables and floors sticky cause the usual janator is gone too. At least the kitchen staff is human. And the cherry on top the kiosk had the AUDACITY TO ASK FOR A TIP??? Its disgusting.
This location no longer represents the true Shake Shack experience. What was once a carefully crafted premium burger is now haphazardly put together. Note this represents a slow decline after 30 visits over the last year. And many more before that. We simply can’t count on the high quality we were used to.
The only issue I've encountered involves a few patrons. It seems that some individuals, both adults and teenagers, feel entitled and leave the dining area in an untidy state. The staff often has to put in extra effort to clean up after those who should know better. However, the food is consistently fantastic, and I truly appreciate the employees who make visiting this restaurant such a pleasure.
There are no kids' meals, making it not very family-friendly. For the amount spent, I could have gone to Wendy's for quicker service and more food. I ordered a double cheeseburger to share with my son, as ordering him a meal would have been too expensive. I also got a small fry, small drink, and a custard, totaling $24 for just four items — that feels extremely overpriced given the lack of service. It seemed like most of the tables were occupied, yet no one had food, which suggested they were understaffed. I might have considered asking for a refund if I wasn't hungry. All I could see were people waiting a long time for their orders. The parking is also a hassle due to the cramped mall location. I placed my order at 1:14 PM, and it didn’t arrive until 1:46 PM — a total wait of 32 minutes. To top it off, the portions of both the custard and fries were quite small. Overall, this experience was very unsatisfactory.
