To make matters worse, they asked me to go online again to reorder. This place has terrible service. It seems like management really needs to address the issues with their staff, as they are not doing their jobs properly.
This is the worst Taco Bell in Kendall. The delivery service is terrible. I placed my order well before their supposed closing time of 11 PM (not 4 AM, as they claim). After waiting for 40 minutes with no updates on when my food would arrive, I was really frustrated. They need to improve their service; otherwise, people won’t want to come back. The timing is just awful.
The service is good, but the tacos are consistently served lukewarm. This has been the case with every order I've placed.
Supposedly they close at 4:00 am going into Sunday. Last night, Saturday, they were closed before midnight. Meanwhile the McDonald's right across from them was raking it in.
I pulled up to the drive-through to place an order and took 25 minutes before I was able to order. Management should evaluate schedules and have more employees. 25 minutes on a drive Tru is NOT acceptable.
