TGI FRIDAYS - Miami (Dolphin Mall)

The restaurant is typical and no different from others.

What is the purpose of making reservations if the host does not acknowledge them or claims that no reservations were made? It is pointless.

The drinks at this place seem to be excellent. However, this restaurant is not the best choice for food as the quality is below average.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Our waiter, Carlos, was friendly and incredibly helpful. Thank you!

I went for my aunts birthday and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The service was absolutely horrible, the food cane out cold, when I tried to get some of the servers attention because my food was cold and hard, they were to busy to answer me. I had to stand up and pat them on the shoulder. I will never come back here again.
