Thai Express - Miami

The food was delicious. I had the pad thai, which was fantastic. The atmosphere was great, and the service was really quick. I definitely recommend this place!

It's an okay thai restaurant. It's not as authentic as other thai restaurant, but overall food was good enough.Place looked nice and clean.Price was little bit high especially the appetizer, but it's in Miami, so that's expected.

After shopping at HomeGoods nearby, my mom was in the mood for some Thai fast food, so we decided to give this place a try. My mom placed her order and paid, but being older, she wasn't very familiar with the checkout process, especially when it came to selecting a tip percentage. Her total was around $16.80, and to our surprise, they flipped the screen to suggest a tip amount of $68! For what reason? They certainly don't deserve that. I understand that times are tough and people are struggling, but you would expect a business to be honest. Sadly, they weren't, and it went unnoticed. Thankfully, there are ways to fight back against such greed. I truly wish for this place to close for good.

The food here is fantastic, but I've experienced some of the worst service imaginable. I placed my order at 8:02 and was informed it would be ready by 8:30. However, when I arrived at 8:38, my order hadn’t even been started, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for my food, only to get home and discover it was the wrong order. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I really enjoy the food, but the service has been disappointing during my last few visits.
