Wendy's - Miami

I often find myself stopping by after work, and I really enjoy it! The employees are great and always greet you with a smile—except for one time. There was a guy who asked what I wanted in a rather blunt way, almost like he didn’t care. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but he was the same the next time I visited. Anyway, aside from that, the staff are wonderful, and the fast food is really good. That’s all there is to it!

I absolutely love this place! Their salads are fantastic, and the burgers are also delicious. I make it a point to get the annual Frosty key and swing by the drive-thru for a tasty Frosty treat.

The interior is clean, and the drive-thru is efficient for quick service. However, the seating area can sometimes feel a bit cramped when you dine in.

I encountered an employee named Mathew during my visit, and I must say, he has an exceptional attitude. He is incredibly helpful and respectful, and it's people like him who make me want to return. While I was having lunch, I noticed him continuously working to keep the store clean and then heading to the kitchen to help restock. Additionally, he is a friendly cashier. Thank you, Mathew, for your hard work—keep it up!
