Arby's - Miamisburg

Went there today and I was 15 minutes early for my 1:45 pick up. Both employees were very accommodating and prepared my food early. 1/2 Roast Beef was excellent!I shall be back!

The young lady had an adittude because I asked a question then my sandwich was made not as I requested I had to go back to the store and adittude was very childish

Nice girl working the drink window and cashier. However, the girls at the food window were straight up rude. I am always nice to people, and I was very kind when I simply asked if the Arbys sauce was in the bag. She was rude throughout our whole interaction. I asked because I couldn’t see it at bottom of bag, and many times I have driven away to have to return because if it not being in the bag. So, I thanked her and drove away. Got down the road and we realized we didn’t have straws. So I returned and nicely asked for straws. What an attitude she had! I didn’t have an attitude and I am the one who was inconvenienced because they didn’t do their jobs properly. She literally shut the door on me before I could even say thank you. I prob won’t return. It was just bizarre the attitude I got when I was kind.

Went there for dinner paid $31 for two combos and some cheddar peppers the drinks were carb water not Dr Pepper my brisket sandwich had two little pieces of meat on it what a waste of

Jamocha shakes were wrong twice! They remade them. They were still vanilla? Market fresh sandwich only had bacon on it? I ordered a sandwich that apparently they don't have anymore. That was fine, but don't let me order it and find out when it's not in the bag!!! First time I've had a bad experience at Arby's, but when they messed up, they made sure they put in 100% effort to do it! I paid $26 dollars for a let down. You live and learn I guess!
