Chipotle Mexican Grill - Miamisburg

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. There always seems to be a long line, and the staff is often short-handed. I ordered a veggie bowl to go, but the employee seemed overwhelmed and was not very friendly. The service has declined significantly; previously, it was much better, but now it feels like the team is not providing the care that customers deserve. My overall rating for the food, service, and atmosphere is very low. I paid about $10–$20 for lunch, but it definitely was not worth it. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The restaurant was unkempt, and they consistently run out of key ingredients—lettuce, carne asada, beans, and more. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

I eat chipotle all over the country. This place is filthy just as bad as Albuquerque. Nowhere to sit tables are filthy ask the employees to clean off some tables he told me to eat outside. We went outside and the door is locked have to walk around building to get back in. As we sit at a dirty table to eat and never came out to clean tables. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I've had good in the past but tonight was horrible. I waited an hour for food and watched an new employee quit twice. This was a really bad experience and if I wasn't hungry enough probably would have gotten a refund. Wish I never went. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
