Tried to get bagels after ordering them through the brueggers website, went to the store and was told the order wasnt processed and had to deal with a rude employee as manager was not at the store.
Quality seems to be going down, maybe it's the chain. No more counter service, 10$ for a meh bagle sandwich, dining area needs updating.
Ordered a dozen bagels but was shorted 2 . While ordering I asked if there was a difference in price between the bagels. The cashier said they're all the same. At checkout the machine forced a tip. When I got home the receipt showed I was charged extra for some of the bagels and when I checked the bag it was 2 bagels short. What a rip-off. Definitely not going here again. Agree with other reviewers, the staff and location need better hygiene. All the visible employees were goofing off. At the time I was the only one in line and there were 5 employees in the front line. Too busy socializing to properly attend to customers. How hard is it to count?????
Only reason for 3 stars is the guy at the counter is rude and acts like we the customer are an inconvenience. We never been here before and the “order at the register” creates chaos in the entry way when coming in. Not sure why they don’t utilize the massive “walking area” up to the register. Foods good but the employee we dealt with should not be up front. Makes for a yucky experience.
